“Nerice is the first dog walker I have had the pleasure of working with and so far, she’s amazing! I adopted a pretty dog reactive dog and was worried about finding the right fit for him. I explained to Nerice my dog’s background and she immediately gave me some tips and tricks to work on with him that helped tremendously! She came over a few times to get accustomed to him and get to know him before having the one on one dog walking sessions which made the world of a difference with him. She created a digital diary in which she gave updates on how her sessions went with him, what they worked on during their walks together as well as pictures and videos. It immediately gave me comfort and relief to know that he was in caring hands. When she noticed that something was different in the house when she stopped by, she immediately reached out to me to let me know what she had noticed. After getting back from my trip, my dog had wanted to show off his tricks to me that he learned while with Nerice! She not only walks them, but provides mental stimulation for them as well. After not seeing one another for a few months, Nerice took the time to stop by before the next few sessions to reacquaint herself and my dog just in case, but he remembered her instantly. Nerice makes it feel as if she’s another member of your family that is caring for your fur baby just as well as a family member would!”

“A friend of mine introduced me to Nerice just before one of my dogs suddenly passed away.  At the time, my high needs dog was blind, had cancer in his leg, and weighed 100 pounds. I first hired her to walk both my dogs while my housesitter was at work all day, but plans changed before my vacation and my high needs dog passed. Without hesitation, she stepped in with empathy and care to help my other dog Mia adjust while our family was out of town just a few days later for two full weeks. Mia was anxious, confused, and afraid,  but Nerice quickly discovered she was highly food motivated and convinced Mia to take a walk.  After that, they were fast friends, I received notes with updates about her progress while I was away and funny pictures and commentary each day they walked.  

Mia and I liked her so much, I asked Nerice to housesit the next time we went out of town. When Nerice arrived to say hello, Mia bounded out to meet her with big smiles. She tried not to let me know how MUCH she liked Nerice, but I could see it. Nerice left the house in perfect condition, sent daily notes and pictures about Mia's day, and even gave her a glowing report card at the end! Nerice stepped into our life at a very difficult time when we were disorganized and hurt, but treated Mia and our family like old friends. I would absolutely recommend her for dog/house sitting AND walking and have done so several times since I met her. You might even find your dog washed or its nails clipped or that they act a little better than before they met her...don't' be surprised ;)”
